Abude Ramen is a winter-exclusive ramen pop-up initiated by Takuyo in Niseko, presented across two seasons in 2024 and 2025. Through a bowl of Japanese ramen true to tradition, it invites global travelers to savor an authentic taste, reflecting Takuyo’s vision to enrich the diverse lifestyle of Niseko.

 

The name “Abude” is a variation of “abcde,” evoking the step-by-step craft of Japanese ramen — from broths and noodles to toppings — each stage refined with craftsmanship. The architectural design is inspired by dissolving ice, capturing the Japanese aesthetic of Mono no aware, while the timber’s texture brings the warmth to the winter setting.
